I began my career in global finance, where I learned the value of discipline, clear thinking and accountability. It was a brilliant training ground, but over time I realised that what interested me most was not the numbers. It was people. That realisation led me into education, and it changed everything. Since then, I have worked as a teacher, school leader, coach, DSL, and consultant, supporting students, teachers, leaders and organisations across different countries and cultures. I have led schools, mentored educators, guided new teachers into the profession and helped students grow from their earliest steps in education through to world leading universities and entrepreneurial pathways.

At heart, I am still an educator. I believe learning should build confidence, character and curiosity, not just results. Strong schools and organisations are built by people who feel trusted, supported and able to do their best work.

Today, I lead Scolocity, a consultancy focused on leadership, culture and wellbeing. We help schools, teams and organisations create healthier cultures, clearer direction and better ways of working together.

Hi, I am Annie - part educator, part architect of order, and full-time learning enthusiast. I never planned to become the kind of person who gets excited about workflows, academic calendars, and performance metrics, but as the Chief Operating Officer of Scolocity, I found my sweet spot where education meets innovation and strategy meets humanity.

From teaching fifth graders in sunny California to leading international professional development initiatives in London, my journey has been a masterclass in how curiosity, systems thinking, and great strategy can transform organisations. 

I have degrees from Oxford, and Santa Clara University. I bring academic depth and detail, alongside operational precision. Additionally, I have successfully coordinated global learning programmes for over 6,000+ employees at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, and elevated professional development engagement for international schools, and guided teaching teams to align dual curricula across continents.

I support the engine behind the vision by leading operations and ensuring every project runs with clarity, creativity, and impact. I thrive on turning ideas into action, chaos into structure, and approaches into stories that actually stick.
