I have spent my career working with people, systems, and ideas, always drawn to environments where growth really matters. My path began in global finance, where structure, accountability, and clear thinking were essential. Numbers trained my mind, but people shaped my heart. It quickly became clear that my true interest wasn’t performance for its own sake, but helping individuals and organisations grow in ways that last. That curiosity led me into education and leadership, and eventually to founding and leading Scolocity®, a leadership, culture, and wellbeing consultancy which is rooted in safeguarding children.
Today, I work with individuals, teams, and organisations to strengthen leadership capability, build healthy cultures, and create spaces where people can do their best work and feel good doing it. I have led high-performing schools, coached leaders and educators across different countries, and supported strategies that have guided students from early learning through to world-leading universities and entrepreneurial pathways. What matters most to me is how people feel while they are achieving. I believe strong leadership is grounded in emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and courage. When leaders create psychological safety and genuinely care for their communities, performance follows naturally. My approach blends strategic thinking with coaching principles and practical action, always with warmth, autonomy, and the belief that excellence can be both ambitious and joyful.
Alongside my professional life, I am also a family man, raising two young children who keep me grounded and constantly learning. They remind me daily of the importance of balance, empathy, and presence, and they influence how I think about leadership and the environments we create for future generations. At heart, I remain an educator. I am a lifelong learner who believes that learning is one of the most powerful forces in any organisation. My proudest moments are when leaders I’ve supported build cultures where people collaborate, feel valued, and thrive together.
If you are looking to strengthen culture, empower your people, and create growth that truly lasts, we would love to support you.
Annie never planned to become the kind of person who gets excited about workflows, academic calendars, and performance metrics, but at Scolocity, she’s found her sweet spot where education meets innovation and strategy meets humanity.
From educating diverse students in sunny California to leading international professional development initiatives in London, Annie’s journey has been a masterclass in how diversity, curiosity, and insight can transform organisations.
Armed with master’s degrees from Oxford and Santa Clara University, she brings both academic depth and operational precision. She’s coordinated global learning programmes for 6,000+ employees for a high level global organisation, elevated professional development engagement for international schools, and guided teaching teams to align dual curricula across continents.
Annie brings both enthusiasm and strategic depth. She partners with leaders to build momentum, strengthen team capability and translate vision into action.
When she’s not shaping the future of educational operations, you’ll find her pushing a baby stroller, playing with toy cars, and soaking up family life, proving that great leadership, like learning, starts with joy and balance.
