Meet Leo

It’s not every day you meet someone who has moved from managing global banking portfolios to leading schools, shaping organisations and developing leaders across cultures. That journey from finance to education and now strategic leadership and coaching has shaped who I am as well as how I lead. I began in the world of global finance, where discipline, clarity and accountability were non-negotiable. Numbers sharpened my thinking; clients deepened my empathy. But I quickly realised my passion wasn’t in performance alone. It was in people, growth and building systems that help others flourish.

Today, I lead Scolocity®, a leadership, culture and wellbeing consultancy that supports individuals and organisations to strengthen capability, elevate people and lead with purpose. I have led high performing schools, coached countless leaders and educators, and guided strategy that has taken students from their first steps to world leading universities and budding entrepreneurs. Most importantly, I have supported people to grow into confident, purposeful and well-balanced human beings. 

Strategic leadership development with coaching principles that centre wellbeing, reflection, resilience and self-awareness are pivotal to success. Strong cultures are built when leaders model emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and genuine care for their communities. My approach blends strategic clarity, coaching insight and grounded practicality with warmth, autonomy and the belief that excellence can also be joyful. My philosophy is simple: Leadership exists to elevate others. Culture is the work. Wellbeing is the foundation. And learning never stops. 

I am still, at heart, an educator because being a lifelong learner remains the most grounding force in any institution. My biggest successes are when I have helped leaders build environments where people thrive and collaborate.
